Uptime Institute Professional Services is the only firm licensed to rate and certify designs, constructed facilities, and ongoing operations against the Uptime Institute’s Tier Classification System which is a third-party validation of data center critical infrastructure. This IDC facility has obtained the Tier III: Concurrently Maintainable and Tier IV: Fault Tolerance certification for its design and facility, as well as ISO 50001 certification for energy management and green certification for Green Grid PUE.

The Taiwan Fixed Network IDC was design with energy efficiency and sustainability in according to the LEED® certification by USGBC. The cooling design achieves a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.5, helped by computer room air conditioning units to enhance high efficiency.
